Salvatore Tomasso, Cassino to Boston

I am asking for someone to post Salvatore Tomasso, born abt1861 Cassino, Frosinone travel manifest to USA.

He settled with his Family in Boston, USA. His first wife was Anita F Tedesco, and he had 3 Children with her; Vincenzo, Francesco and Francesca, then Anita died and he remarried Andreana Capaldi and moved to USA.

In the case that you don't have this, from Ancestry.com, transcription of lasntame and age is incorrect but if you look the manifest it's him, it was a second arrival because he stated he was in Boston before, from 1907 to 1913:

On the second page of the travel document it shows Salvatore was visiting his Cousin Antonio Tamilio, and his two Sons were visiting there Uncle Antonio Tamilio.
Can you please help or shed any light how Antonio could be actually related?

I belive they were referring to Antonio Tamilio (even if on the 1914 arrival manifest lastname looks like Camillo)...
I found a possible 1906 arrival manifest:

29 march 1906

Tamilio Antonio, age 26, male, married, from Cassino to Boston, MA to join his brother in law Di Maio Angelo living on 101 Central? street
