Pasquine DiJulio: Help with my GGMother Mystery

Post by tikibar22 »

My Great Grandfather Rosario was the 3rd Husband to my Great Grandmother Pasquine DiJulio, 20 May 1897. I heard she came from same town as my GGF which is Montorio al Vomano, but unconfirmed. I know that she was unable to write when she married my GGF which would most likely contribute to the several variations of her name.

Below are just some of the questions i have been trying to answer for month's and finally decided if the information is out there the wonderful people on this forum will find it; So hoping for some good leads and thank you in advance!

Correct spelling of her name given and maiden? Pasquine, Pasquano, Pasquina, / DiGuilio, DiJulio, DiGiuleo, DeJulia
Looking for any record of Pasquine immigration to the US?
Where was she from Immigration to 1920? Was in Chester PA from 1920 to Death
What is her real date of birth? 1895, 1896, 1897
Locating her mother Mary/ Mattiano possible dob 1846 & Father Benardo/Benard in Massachusetts or Woonsocket Rode Island
Does Pasquine have any siblings that I can locate; Via Census records?

Amazing find on the passenger list! That has helped so much! Now i am finally able to stat from the beginning and go forward instead of backwards...
Can you decipher the line above her name, line #21, that would also seem to be her sister Maria _____, i cant read it though.

I have also found the same Antonio you have found, but i am hesitant about him being the first husband. For i sent away for Angelo's birth record in Rhode Island and there was no record of him being born in RI, which makes me question this particular Antonio Latini.

No doubts that Antonio Latini that I found is the Pasquina husband; on WWI draft registration card the birthplace is Campagnano, and the ship's manifest match.. abt Angelo.. Antonio Latini WWI draft registration card was of 5th jun 1917, so I believe that Angelo was born in RI...

Suanj-
I am having a hard time linking the two together with out any type of hard evidence. I would like to somehow gather hard evidence rather then coincidence; i cant find any record of marriage info, living together, census info ect... ANYTHING...
I have tried to find Antonio in the Family search Rhode Island, Deaths and Burials, 1802-1950, and i can only find a Giuseppe, no Antonio even listed, so i am still unsure & stumped :?:

Marty-
Thanks for that name i see it now!
