Re: Gizzi and Baldassarra Familys + More
Hello Marco, don't know if you have read my post but if you read this I would like to know if you are still researching the family? Susie.
Re: Gizzi and Baldassarra Familys + More
Are there any relatives that can give me a clue if anyone knows of these families at this time March 2015 please.
Re: Gizzi and Baldassarra Familys + More
Also the Tognocci family.

I noticed with interest the original message and the answers.
There are 5 very old names mentioned: Savona (di Savona), Luongo (Longo) Desantis (de Santis) Gizzi and Grlli (Grillo). These family names go back at least 800 years and the families were "Noble". Some of these families (Gizzi, Grillo and Longo) are well represented in Greece. By restricting your searches to Italy, you miss out. The History of Italy and Greece is so well interwoven that it is impossible for many families to separate when to start and where to end.
