Dated 8 December 1855 at 9 PM at the town office in Cammarata
Before the official appeared Angela S???, age 56, midwife, to declare that to Maria anna Nocera, age 23, residing in Cammarata; and to Nicolò Reina/Rejna, age 26, peasant farmer, residing this town; was born on 8 December at 4 PM at home, a female child. She presented the child to the official and the child was given the name GAETANA.
Witnesses to the recording of the act were Calogero Rejna, 60(?) farmer; and Vincenzo Todaro, 40, farmer.
Right column indicates that the child was baptized in the Parish of S. Nicolò on 8 December ..

Francesco Viscuso, widower of Giuseppa Lo Giudice, age 31, born in Alessandria, farmer residing in Ribera, son of Gorlando(sp?), age 60 farmer residing in Alessandria; and of deceased Maria Tallo.
AND
Serafina Borsellino, single, age 22, born in Ribera of deceased Michele; and of [living] Rosaria Alessi, age 51 of Ribera.
Right side of this first page indicates that the marriage was celebrated on 21 August and witnessed by Maestro Pasquale Guastella, and Gioacchino Ciliberto.
Second page...
The consent of the father of the groom was given before Notary Pietro Argento of Alessandria on 17 August; and the consent of the mother of the bride was also given.
Banns were posted on the door of the town office on 14 July.
Last page...
This is the list of documents presented to the official.
1 - Birth acts of both the spouses
2 - Notification (banns) of marriage documents
3 - Notarized act of consent of father of the groom
4 - Death act of the mother of the groom
5 - Death act of the first wife of the groom
6 - Death act of the father of the bride was not given, but I believe that of the grandfather was given. I think that the place of the father's death was unknown.

Looking at the records Vincenza Gulino and Giuseppe La Greca marriage publication were filed but no marriage record right parents info
Then Calogera Gulino and Giuseppe La Greca right parents info marriage publication are filed right after that in June with their marriage record to follow maybe Giuseppe and Vincenza broke it off because of the younger sister Calogera or Vincenza died you might have to go through the 1907 records one a time up to the marriage date to verify
It says on all the records that Giuseppe was celibe (bachelor) and both Vincenza and Calogera were nubile (maiden)so no one was married before

So i will go through the records and see if i can find anything on vincenza death or otherwise.Was this a common thing that happened back in the day?
