Dated 6 February 1869 at 5 PM in Pollica at the Municipal office in Via Piazza.
Before me, Giuseppe Pisani of deceased Gennaro, Mayor and official of Vital Records of this town of Pollica = appeared Carmine De Rosa of deceased Giuseppantonio, age 62, and Nicola La Greca of deceased Giovanni, age 35, both landowners and residents of Pollica, having information of the event of death, declared that this morning about 10 AM transitioned (died) Maria Romano, age 6 days, born and residing in Pollica, daughter of married couple, Nicola [Romano] and Caterina Miglio, single(refers to the child), died at home at Via Fontana in Pollica. The official was the only one to sign the document.
