Appeared Pasquale Vassallo, son of Angelo, age 23, laborer residing in Celso, a village of Pollica, to declare that a female child was born last night at 5 AM to his wife Catarina Carracino, daughter of deceased Gennaro, age 24, living with her husband at a country estate in Pollica named PANTANA, belonging to Barone Francescantonio Mazziotti.
The child was presented to the official and given the name FILOMENA MARIA TERESA
Witnesses to the record: Carmine De Rosa and Angelo Guida (as before)

Marriage notation
On 1 February 1894 she celebrated marriage with Antonio Guida
