Luigi Vastano - Piedimonte d'Alife

Father Luigi Vastano of Piedimonte d'Alife was elevated to the position of Monsignor in 1931. Family history indicates that he was either brother or cousin to my gg-grandfather Giuseppe Vastano. Does any one know how I might learn more about the work of Monsignor Luigi Vastano?
