Latin Translation Request

January 7th, 1816
Groom: Gaspare Cannella, son of the deceased Giovanni and Maria
Bride: Angela Buccellato, daughter of the deceased Antonino and Calogera
They had been not married before, and were all from the same town/parish. What I don't understand is if only fathers were dead, or mothers too.
Witnesses were Tommaso Schifano and Giuseppe Coxxx
Giuseppe "Pippo" Moccaldi
