he's 54. she's 46. in my experience, it is usually written near the names of the spouses. one might see for the bride "vedova di ...." widow of or for the groom "vedovo di...." widower. OR it could be written at the bottom of the document. Although I find the handwriting a challenge to read, I do not see this on the record.
I have ancestors who were married for the first time at 51 and his brother at 63, so it is not always accurate to assume that the older the age of marriage is not the first one.
In the written section I looked at the marriage publication and they were both married before but I cant make out the names of their former partners but it does say morte della HER NAME primo moglie della sposo and sposa the same with the HUSBAND NAME Giambattista ???
