The parents' names do not appear on the certificate you received. There are two other kinds of certificates that can be requested-
There is la copia integrale dell'atto di nascita, which is a photocopy of the birth act, which contains all of the notations which had been reported to the civil state
Then there is un estratto per riassunto dell'atto di nascita-this is an extracted copy of the original birth certificate with info like the first and last name of the individual, sex, place of birth, hour, day, month, and year of birth, name of town where the birth was registered, parents' names, record number, and there may be annotations concerning marriage and death

Also it says he was born on the 13th NOT the 30th....
