Father is Angelo
Mother is Maria C???

Marriage took place in Newark, NJ at the Church of Santa Lucia, in Newark, on 31 October 1920.

Information about the groom begins on line 20 with the word "Sposo"...
Bride's information begins at the end of line 23 with the word "Sposa" :-)

Why would a Newark, NJ wedding be recorded in Racalmuto, Sicily?

...Because that was the birthplace of the couple.
Having an official copy of the marriage sent back to the birthplace in Italy was common.
The fact that it was a transcription of the New Jersey Marriage record which was recorded at a later date is the reason you see it in Parte II of the Book of marriages.
