I've been doing research on my family and have no idea what to do next. I have found records of my ancestors traveling from Italy to Ellis Island, but how do I trace my roots in Italy?
Here's what I have so far:
My Great-Great Grandfather Antonio Bosco came to America in 1907 from Casanova di Carinola, Caserta, Italy. My Great-Great Grandmother Giovannina Bosco (Maiden name Renola) came here in 1921 with their daughter Angelina Bosco (who married a Gravante).
Antonio and Giovannina married in Italy in Casanova di Carinola, Caserta, Italy.
Does anyone know what I can do with this information? How can I trace my roots further?
There are a limited number of online records for this frazione (hamlet) of the town of Carinola that only begin in 1904 for the marriages. You might try to see if you can find their marriage record there. He was 25 on his 1907 passenger list and born abt 1882, so he may have married earlier than 1904, but you can look through the records anyway.
Do not know if you have Angelina (born Angela)'s birth record

In addition to the online records Erudita suggested above, you might consider writing to the Comune of Carinola (where the records for the town and hamlets are held) to request the marriage of Antonio and Giovanna.
