Here is a possible index to Naturalization Petition for Giovanni Trementozzi in Rhode Island...

Gives his exact birthdate as 26 January 1895
Date of naturalization is June 4, 1921 in US District Court in Rhode Island.
A Certificate number is given...

It also includes the Petition # (13547), and arrival information (Boston, 1910)
Do you have his arrival manifest?

Thanks for the Giovanni information. This seems like it could be him. The giuseppe isn't he died in a tunnel when it was being built in Providence, RI. The tunnel was built between 1905-1913. Giovanni my great-grandfather worked with his brother so I know this isn't a myth and is how he died. I have giovanni's mothers name now thanks to this group for being able to read it. However I can't find anything on her. Her name is Sofia Quattrucci and was married to Alessandro Tremenetozzi.

Giuseppe Trementozzi was my grandfather. He was born in 1898 and passed away in1992 in Rome at the age of 95. He had three children. My mother is the eldest child and is still alive. He was married to Giuseppina Sebastianelli. Their children were Vanna, Alessanadro and Maria Sofia. He never left Italy except to visit Vanna, who emigrated to the U.S. With her husband in 1956, and his brother Giovanni. Vanna had four children of which I am the eldest. I was born in San Giovanni Incarico in the same house in which my mother was born. We still own that house in the historic center of San Giovanni. Alessandro never left Italy and had 3 children. Maria Sophia never left Italy and had two children. My great aunt, Franceschina Trementozzi Renzi never left Italy and died a few years ago in Rome. I am still in regular contact with her children.

So nice to read about San Giovanni Incarico. I have roots there as well (Federici, Rampini, Tanzi, Toti etc.) and enjoyed some time there in May. Found the Federici ancestral home still standing!
