Please help with www.arduini.net

Postby DSShopper » 05 May 2005, 13:43

I am trying to go to www.arduini.net, everytime I try it tells me the domain is not available. I am trying to locate information regarding birth parents of my husband. We know his adoptive name was "Arduini", male born Aug. 20, 1949 in Rome or Bath New York. He was placed with his sdoptive parents when he was 9 months old, adoption final in 1951. (He was 2)
Any help to contact website would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Denise

Yes Denise, no available; but, why you know the birthdate of your husband, you can to know some info about birth , with an request in Roma common (your husband can request this, and also with signature of him)and you request the Birthact; why he was not an abandoned infant (in fact have an surname) you sure from birthact will know real parents...

Thank you for your response,
However, since he was formally apodted his birth certificate reflects his adoptive parents names. Adoption file is sealed in New York. I think that's what you meant by a "birthact."
Any other ideas? What happened to the arduini family webpage?

Hi Denise, IF I understnad well, your husband is born in Italy: just? well I say of request an birthact in Italy; the italian birthact NO reflect the adptive parents; for better explanation, when you say "adoptive" mean was abandoned infant or orphan infant?
About Arduini website, the domain is out for he...

More:

MEANING:
about birthact of adoptive infant , are two birthact:
-the first real, original in place of birth;
-the second with new surname of new family.
So the original, real birthact sure are... why was of 9 months old when adopted; so from birth to 9 months this child sure was an surname also if an fantasy surname, for italian law must have an identity all child borns...so you can request an "copia integrale dell'atto di nascita da registro originale"; normally the Office common no give, but is probable that they give you; in this copy are many info that normally no are in simply birthact..
here are all Arduini in Roma http://www.paginebianche.it/pb/cerca?bt ... &x=85&y=15

this law (black) say that the Adopted man have right to access all info in Italian offices about biological relatives.. if the adoptive relatives already died, your husband have right of know the own origin:

Meaning: the natural mother have right to anonymus, if she in child birth have declared that no want to give the own name; but not are request the authorization of the Court for the Adopted that it has caught up the greater age when the parents adopts deceased or has become missing.. so you really can to request the info in Roma common...

You mean Rome, Oneida County, New York correct? I think Suanj thinks you mean Rome (Roma) Italy...

I am sorry - Maybe I wasn't clear in my original posting. He was born in Rome, New York. (Baptized in Bath, New York) We are not sure if he was given up at birth or possibly taken from birth family by authorities - all we know is his adoptive parents recevied him when he was 9 months old. Not sure about birth from 9 months...
You have alot of valuable information regarding Italy adoption...hope it will help others. Thanks for all your help.

Still didn't umderstand what you are trying to say about the Arduini website?
Thanks VERY much!
