Help reading death cert

Can someone please tell me what does it say for the cause of death?

Here is what I see (my comment in italics)

I. “Manition and emaceation” – (this is a loss of vitality due to lack of food and water)

II. Due to…Ewing’s sarcoma with metastases to skull
Left long vertebrae, pelvis
Due to …. Ancient amputation of right arms (July ’48)
For Ewing Sarcoma humerus
