i found my step-grandmother's parents marriage record.

Before the Mayor… appeared
1 – Domenico Pellicani, single, age 20, peasant farmer born in Ruvo di Puglia, residing in Ruvo di Puglia. Son of Angelo residing in Ruvo; and of Santa Tosca residing Ruvo;
AND
2 – Angela Fusaro, single, age 19, seamstress born in Ruvo, residing in Ruvo. Daughter of Luigi residing in Ruvo, and of deceased Isabella Amenduni who resided in Ruvo in her lifetime.
Witnesses to the record: Domenico De Palo, age 34, teacher; and Salvatore Cesareo, 46, clerk.
Bann were published on the 16 and 23 of March of the current year.
The parents of the groom and the father of the bride gave their consent …
