Post by JamesBianco »

For those of you researching Sciarrino in Provincia di Palermo, I have uploaded the Birth, Marriage and Death indexes (Stato Civile) for the City of Palermo to my Sciarrino page. You may find them here...Sciarrino Ancestry
and as always, if you have roots to Carini, Sicily please contact me.

Thanks so much!

Ciao, suanj
I am very lucky..I have all the baptisms records 1566-1690 and Marriages 1568-1905. I am still copying more ...
I also have a good relationship with the Priest, and he is very helpful. I wrote him a letter recently asking for a 1712 marriage and I did not know the exact date. I received the photocopy of the marriage in 3 weeks.
