The first one (record #193) is a death record for Giovina Liguori, not Giovanni. She died on 20 Dec 1873 at 3 o'clock at home in Troia, she was 2 years 2 months old, she was born, and lived, in Troia, and her parents were Michele Liguori and Grazia Viola.

The other one is a birth record for a Giovinia Liguori, but the copy is way too small to read anything except the margin. It is record #195, so you could check the Troia births for 1871 and see if it's there. Then again, you may not consider it a priority to find the birth record of someone who died at age 2 in 1873.

Assuming that Robert was correct in attaching this record to this person in his tree, I'd say they were the same person.

If you provide a link to that birth record on familysearch, instead of ancestry, I can read the details from that, too.
