I would need your help in knowing how to get older documents

my family comes from Borgo di Gaeta / Gaeta or Elena / Napoli

the different patronyms are :

AGRIMI (from Napoli & Borgo di Gaeta + ALABAMA USA)
SIMEONE
BUONOMO
CATANZANO

hope you can do something for me
enjoy your day :)

Joelle You can be helped a great deal here in the forum but I would suggest that you collaborate by familiarizing yourself with Italian Genealogy. There is an excellent book in English titled Italian Genealogical Records by Trafford R. Cole which will familiarize you with Italian documents and accessibility. Further we have lists of books that may include your family original town of origin for any possible pre 1700 records if they are scarce or non -existent. It's possible there are historical mentions made of people of note or nobility in your familyto carry you back. Peter
