antenati records

Postby elmosgirl » 03 Jan 2015, 13:19

While searching through pages and pages of scanned books on the Antenati website, I've come across the following on more than one occasion.

In the Nati records, there may be two successive pages for recording the same birth.

The information on the first pages of both will be the same; the witnesses recorded on the second pages will be different.

Which record is the one to cite?

Are both correct, and why are there two?

I'm hoping someone on the Board has an answer, and thank you!
