Hi my name is Anthony Michael Pagano. I will be 26 on the 26th and I know nothing about my heritage. I ask my mom but she doesn't know much. My mema but she's old and can't remember much. Any info would help out. I know my great grandfather was Dominic Pagano, he lived in Durham. My mema still lives in Durham. They had a son his name is Stefan Pagano, and that is about as much as I know. Any family crests any family symbols, any one else that I am related to would help.

Did Dominic died in Durham (I presume you mean South Carolina)? If so, I would look for his death certificate because they might tell you his parent's names. Was he born in Italy? If so, I would also look for his immigration/naturalization papers. Those should tell you where in Italy he was from and then you can look for his birth record in that location to confirm his parents names, look for his parents marriage record, their birth records, etc.
