Prisoner of War Scotland camp 64 Castle Rankine

Postby lala99 » 27 Apr 2015, 22:24

Hello
I am looking for information that might help me to find someone I may be related to. He was held in Camp 64 also called Castle Rankine camp in Denny, Stirlingshire, Scotland during WW2. His name was Vittorio Benici (i am not sure of the spelling, so it could be Bonici/Bennici/Bonnici/Bonecchi).
I am trying to get definitive record of the inmates and this camp so that i can confirm the spelling of his name and other details.
I believe he went back to Italy early in 1946.
I have contacted the Red cross so i am waiting to see if they will accept my request.
Love to hear from anyone with any more ideas or info.
Louise
