could you give me some clues where the surname CICINATO might come from?
In terms of meaning and etymology...

There was a consul / dictator/general of ancient Rome with name Cincinnatus who saved Rome in about 500/400s bc. His name is said to be from cincinnus "lock of hair" (+ popularly natus "born", as if born hairy)

Not sure if that is related though since abit different spelling?
