surname help

Looking for somewhone in the Galluccio area who could help me trace the surname
Dicivita . Looking for the proper spelling of the name so I may continue searching.
Some names are
Carmine Born 1853 wife Caterina B- 1858
Pietro B- 1888 Antonio B- 1887 Amato B-1889 Guisseppe B-1894
Bernardo B-1895
Immigration papers state Galluccio as Home town
Any help would be appreciated

I'd venture to say that the correct spelling is Dolcevita.

I was say spelled De Civita

I would agree with Marty :-)
The surname spelled "De Civita" is found in the comune of Galluccio.

Is there any way of getting info from Gallucio as to any records to be found.
Have writen there but never heard back

Hi Danny!

There do not appear to be records for Galluccio online at this time.
You can rent and view the microfilmed records (1809-1899) for Galluccio, Caserta Province, held by LDS at your nearest Family History Center.
