Searching for my 1/2 Sister - Pesce Family from Calabria

Postby DGiorno » 27 Dec 2015, 03:45

My name is Jerry Giorno and I am searching for my 1/2 sister. Her mother's name is Mary Pesce and the father's name would have been Gildo Giorno however we are unsure if Gildo's name is even on the Birth Certificate. We believe she was born around 1962 somewhere in the Calabria area and could possibly be currently living in Switzerland. Her mother, Mary Pesce we believe may be living in Canada. Mary Pesce would be a relative of my mother Teresa Guccione Giorno. If anyone has information, please contact me.

Hi Jerry,
Gildo was born in Gesuiti, hamlet of San Vincenzo la Costa town (in Cosenza province, Calabria region, IT) http://www.themountainmail.com/obituari ... 1bb6a.html
if he had a daughter from Maria Pesce, it is very possible that this daughter also was born in Gesuiti... Maybe you can write in San Vincenzo la Costa, to some Pesce people asking abt Maria and her daughter... just a relative can know...
here the directory
http://www.paginebianche.it/ricerca?qs= ... a+%28CS%29
just one Gesuiti...
good luck,
suanj

Thank you for your reply and for the information. We are aware of Gildo as he is my father. He had a daughter in 1962 that he never met. Our family would like to find her. Thank you for the additional information. We will look into it.
