Luigi Marotta born 1907

Postby FMMarotta » 04 Apr 2016, 03:34

I am trying to find information on Luigi Marotta, born February 1907 to Caterina Sangiovanni and Pietro Marotta. Luigi was born in Caiazzo. I think that he live there all his life or in the Caserta region. He visited the United States in the 1960's, but I have no information concerning his life in Italy. I would assume that he died in the range of 1970 - 1990. Where would I find his death record?

Thank You.

Italy has privacy law which is 70 years (records before 1946 are ok to try to request)

Thank you for your response.

Are there and online census records for Italy (Caserta) for the early to mid 1900's that I can search?

I looked to see if there was a notation of his death on his birth act, but there is none.

Here is the birth act if you do not have it.
Birth on 11 February 1907, presented on the 15th by the midwife because the father, Pietro Marotta, was away.
