Researching further back from Sicily to Spain and Albania?

Postby john_dominic » 15 Oct 2005, 06:11

Ok, just a quick question, for the experts:

In trying to plan a long-term strategy, I like to know this sort of thing beforehand.

How feasable do you think this will be to do?

Basically it comes down to the fact that on two branches of my family, it was clearly known that they came from Spain (the Peri family, of whom Peri's are still in current Spanish telephone books) and Albania (obviously Sicilian Arberesh), at one point in time.

I don't know if there are birth locations at the older documents, so would I be hitting a roadblock then or not?

Thanks,

-J
