Hi There,

I know one of my good friends on here will post these census records for you.

Here is the family in the 1920 census, Per this cenus, Michele was already Naturalized by 1913. You can then write for his Naturalization Records from the County of Herkimer.

Name: Micheal Granda
[Micheal Gronde]
Age: 39 years
Estimated birth year: abt 1881
Birthplace: Italy
Home in 1920: Little Falls Ward 4, Herkimer, New York
Marital status: Married
Relation to Head of House: Head
Year of immigration: 1903
Image: 1212
Image Source: Year: 1920; Census Place: Little Falls Ward 4, Herkimer, New York; Roll: T625_1115; Page: 17B; Enumeration District: 35; Image: 1212.

I also found this manifest intersting due to the fact that it was a child named Giovanni of age 3 coming to the USA with his mother Maria Giuseppa going to see husband "Domenico Grande" in Little Falls, New York.

http://www.ellisisland.org/search/shipM ... 0444%2ETIF

Giovanni is the first son named on the census and according to the 1920 census, he was born in Italy. I just thought this was interesting.

This is all the Grande's that died in Little Falls, NY per Social Security.

Dominick J. Grande 26 Jul 1930 10 Sep 1992 Herkimer, Herkimer, New York
Italo Grande 24 May 1920 7 Mar 2005 Little Falls, Herkimer, New York
*John Grande 22 Mar 1911 Apr 1979 Little Falls, Herkimer, New York
John A. Grande 31 May 1948 26 Aug 2000 Little Falls, Herkimer, New York
Margaret Grande 30 Nov 1910 Jun 1977 Little Falls, Herkimer, New York
Shirley A. Grande 3 Aug 1940 13 Mar 1993 Thendara, Herkimer, New York

I hope this helps,
Trish
