I am looking for a Birth certificate from Alcamo

Hello, My grandfather was born in 1902 in Alcamo. I am trying to get a copy of his BC for my citizenship. I read the board and saw that records before 1910 were not available online. Does any one know if this has changed? Where would I write in order to request a copy of the BC? Thank you for your help. I am just starting on this journey and overwhelmed with where to begin.
