HELP-Michael Bove-Anna Visco Marriage 1912

Postby lsrigsby » 07 Nov 2016, 01:00

Hello~

Trying to track down my great grandparents marriage location and keep hitting dead ends. I know they were married at St. Anthony's church in Monongahela, Pa on 07/01/1912 and received a certificate from the Diocese of Pittsburgh stating so, but I can't find their Marriage record in any PA, MD or West Virginia indexes.

I'm applying for dual citizenship and need the official marriage certificate.

Any ideas where to look?

The certificate from the Diocese regarding the marriage should have a Washington County, Pennsylvania number on it...
A duplicate of this information was sent to Washington County to include with the marriage file (under that number) - see sample below.

I have been searching the online images of the Washington County, PA marriages (I do not believe there is an index for these), from the latter part of June 1912 through the beginning of July 1912, and I have not found them.
It is the same link as above. I have searched images 1350 through 1650 and have not found them. You might want to look at the images before 1350, and after 1650, to see if you can locate them.

EDIT TO ADD***

I think I have found it! :-) - at image 1344
