Birth Certificate of Thomas Billatto/Belotti

Hello guys

Im looking for birth certificate of Thomas Billatto (that name came from his marriage certificate), he is my grant grandfather, but my grandfather and my surname is Belotti.

I got marriage and death Certificates from Brazil.

Married Certificate said
--> 02/26/1898, Sao Simao, SP, Brazil, Billatto Thomas 22 years old, from VIENZA - ITALY son of Billatto Antonio and Oliveira Silveria , got Married with
Clemente Almerina , she 17 years old, natural from VERONA - ITALY, daughter of Clemente Luiz and Zanine Maria.

Death Certificate
-->at 04/30/1909, Sao Simao, SP-Brazil, Thomaz Belloti death 33 years old.

I figure that He was born on 1876, Vicenza-Italy and arrived in Brazil in +/-1888.

I already research on ancestry, and fund some data about him but only on Brazil, and I need his Birth Certificate for my italian citizenship.

The surnames Bellotti and Oliviero/Olivieri are both found in Vicenza.

You can write directly to the Comune of Vicenza to request the birth act for Tommaso Bellotti, son of Antonio Bellotti and Silveria Oliverio, born about 1876.

Send a photo ID and an email address. Do not send money in your initial request.
Write your letter of request in Italian. Help below if you need it.
