You have provided lots of names and dates for searching which is helpful ... but where did they all live? Did they remain in Italy? Did they immigrate to another country? From your post I assume they stayed in Italy, but could you please clarify.

Yes, they all stayed in Sicily. The only one that came to U.S. (Detroit) was Antonio Pellerito born 1939. Which is my father. Do you have any information on this family.
Thank you

Hi Vincenza,

First let me explain the location..

Town: Terrasini
Province: Palermo
Region:Sicily
Country: Italy

Like our towm, county, state & country.

That said, to trace your family (ies) in Terrasini, you can order the films done by the LDS Church (Mormans) They have filmed both the civil records and the church records for this toen. Civil records (Vital recods) are for 1820-1902 & the church records (sacraments) cover the years 1736-1910.

Here is a link to the church record films that are available.

And a link to the civil record films.

The LDS also have census records for Terrasini on film. Here is the link for them.

Link to locate your nearest LDS-Family History Center.

And, the last link to a guide on obtaining the films from your LDS-FHC.

Hi,

jcsm responded as I would have. I was trying to verify if you were looking for records in Italy or the USA. For records that occur after the microfilm ends you will have to write the comune.

Do you have the records on your ancestor that came to the USA such as census, and passenger manifest?
