San Filippo

Postby krisger » 30 Aug 2006, 10:35

My grandmother is from a little town outside of Lucca called San Filippo. She came to the U.S. in 1913. Her father's name was Francesco Micheli and her mother's name was Severina Angelini. Has anyone every been to San Filippo? I am going to Lucca next month and would love to see if i have any relatives there still.

To locate current persons:

http://www.paginebianche.it/index.html

cognome = surname

dove = town

cerca = search

This will bring up a list of persons sharing your surname in the town of interest.

Good Luck and enjoy your trip....... :wink:
