Yanero is not a correct italian surname. The surname has apparently undergone a change since arrival into the USA. Most likely candidate for the correct surname is IANARO and less likely but viable IANERO. There are currently 36 IANARO person in Italy with about 70% residing in the Naples-Basilicata area of southern Italy and there are just 2 poersons surnamed IANERO in Rome, and in a town called Alife in the Province of Caserta. There are about 13 IANARO who entered the USA at ellis island. I suggest you conduct some family research and come up with the first person who came into the USA in your family and trace when it changed. The letter \"Y\" is not part of the Italian alphabet.
