Agona Family

I am looking for information on the Agona family. They came to America around 1900. Their name may have orginally been Acone or Agone. Believe they were from the Naples area.

You need to start at the end and work backwards. Go to www.ellisisland.org and find ancestor who came to USA and find age, place of origin and other data. Go to this homepage and read about genealogy. Purchase of borow Trafford Cole's book on Italian Genealogical records. Peter

Go to www.ellisisland.org and search out ancestor who came to USA as immigrant, seek olut place of origin in Italy and work backwards. Read this website at the beginning and go to library for book by Traffor R. Cole, Italian Genalogical records to familiarize you with process. Peter
