Hello! My name is Staci Sharp and I am trying to get some info on these Surnames. I have names, birthdates, and cities but I would like to go further back than my great great grandparents
I have some pictures or people and Tombstones here in US (Sharpsberg, PA - suburb of Pittsburrgh) Any help would be greatful!!
We have my Gggrandfather's Gaetano papers that he arrived in USA (I believe it was 1880) and I can get the ships name as well. But I would love to get Anotnio Intieri's parents, siblings or anything as well as Anna Turano's info. We are having issues finding out what ship and time she came over to the US. Also Gaetano Perrone family info, and last but not least (hehe) Vincenzo Aluise's family and when they/ he came tto the US.
I have a family tree if anyone is interested in it. It only has Teresa as the child of Anna and Antonio so info there would be nice as well. But I have quite a bit of info from Teresa children on down (including one Pasquale Perrone changing his name to Charles Fair so he could get a better job with the Railroad.)
Thank you very much for any help!!
Staci L. Sharp

Here is the ship info as promised My father has all the info but none of the time right now. He has done a lot of our geneology and well I guess it is my turn to pick it up!
Grandma Sharp's father, Vincenzo Aluise (James is middle name I think - not very Italian sounding) came to the U.S. on the S.S. Ancona which sailed from Naples on January 8, 1910 and arrived in New York January 21, 1910. The ship's manifest had him listed with Castrovillari, Italy as the "last permanent residence" and his mother Anna in Castrovillari listed as "the name of the nearest living relative in country whence alien came".
Grandma Sharp's mother Mary (Maria) Frances Perrone was born in Sharpsburg July 28, 1895 and baptized August 18, 1895. On the Certificate of Baptism it lists her parents as Gaetano Perrone and Teresa Entreieri (Intrieri on the tombstone and census records). Her marriage license (dated Nov. 17,1910) listed her birthdate as 1893 (she really was only 15 when she got married) to Vincenzo Aluise on Dec. 10, 1910.
Mary (Maria) Frances Perrone's parents were Gaetano (born Nov. 20,1863/1864? in Italy) and Teresa Perrone (born Mar. 10, 1866 in Italy) had 3 children in the 1900 census: Pasquale (Charles) (born Apr. 1888 in Italy), Maria (Mary) (born July 1895 in U.S.) and Rosina (Rose) (born July 1898 in U.S.). After 1910 they also had Frank, Clem and Anna all born in the US.
I have a ships manifest showing a Anna Turano Intrieri, Teresa Intrieri and Pasquale Perrone coming to the US in 1893 - I think. When I find it I'll send you the info.
Teresa Intrieri (26 yrs old) and Pasquale Perrone Intrieri (5 yrs old) sailed from Genoa, Liguria, Italy on July 10, 1893 on the Fulda to Ellis Island, New York. I got the info from the Ellis Island website. The 1900 census for Sharpsburg has them with Gaetano and says they came to the US from Italy in 1893. It also says Gaetano came from Italy in 1891.
Living next door to them was Anna Turano (born Dec. 1844) and the census says she came to the US from Italy in 1900. Next door to Anna was Francis Perrone (a male born Jan 1863) and HE came to the US from Italy in 1893.
Also in the 1900 Sharpsburg census (on the next page & very bad copy to read) were 8 other Intrieri's: Nicolas sp? (born Feb. 1875, came to the US 1897), his wife Urulis sp? (born Oct 1875, came to the US 1899), Guiseppie sp? (born in 1857, came to the US in 1889), Antonio sp? (born in 1861, came to the US in 1899), his wife Rosa (born in 1864, came to the US in 1896), a son Guiseppe (born in 1886, came to the US in 1896) and daughters Erbania (born in 1897 in the US) and Emerua (born in 1899 in the US).
