I have the Bojalad family that came from Syria. I am sure they are from Lebanon. They came between 1894-1910 to Pennsylvania First they mad a stop in Olean New York but settled in Clearfield Co., PA
Would love to know if this name is a name dirived from another name. I looked up a ship list of passengers and found the relative and it says his mother is Mrs. Maloof. I am also assuming this would be actualy er maiden name?? Need a direction in this

If these are your ancestors, then i'm related to you! weird, huh?
anyway, i know for a fact that these are my ancestor, because my grandma's dad (my great-grandpa) had the last name of bojalad, and my grandma lives in clearfield.
