Danieletto of Fiume

Postby ericad » 03 Feb 2008, 06:31

Ennio Danieletto, son of Attilio Danieletto & Anna Primosich.
Born 29 June 1927 in Fiume, Italy.

Emilia Maria Mladenich or Emilia Maria Campelli, daughter of Emile Mladenich & Angela Bostiancich (confusion over surnames due to a second marriage and subsequent adoption, surname at time of birth was either Campelli, Mladenich or Bostiancich)
Born 15 July 1930 in Villa del Nevoso, Italy.

Ennio & Emilia Danieletto emigrated to Australia in 1949/1950.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your help.

My siblings and I qualify for Italian citizenship jus sanguinis so we're collecting all the necessary documentation. The documents we don't have are our grandparent's birth and marriage certificates, but it's a little complicated because where my Nonno was born is now in Croatia, while my Nonna's place of birth is now part of Slovenia.

I'm hopeful that we'll eventually get hold of what we need but I'm bracing myself for a slow process.

The referral to that croatia specialist I gave you is a good source to any along with whoever is knoweldgeable about Slovenia and Croatia in this forum. He is with the Croation Heritage Museum in Cleveland Ohio. His e-mail is rjerin@yahoo.com. =Peter=
