Black Hills? Genoa? Genevessi?

Postby drivingalong » 25 Feb 2008, 18:31

Hi,

It seems there is some memory about my grandfather (Joseph Picerno b: 1895) being from "The Black Hills". And from Genoa Italy. And that he was Genavessi -- not sure how to spell that. Any of this familiar?

The word Genovesi refers to people from Genoa. Can't help you with the Black Hills. :)
