Surename Fiorini and Rocchetti, from Ancona

Postby MelisaARG » 26 Feb 2008, 16:55

Hi! I'm doing my family tree and I need some information.
My great-grandfather was from Ancona (Ancona, Marche). His name was Maurizio Carlo Fiorini, and was married with Argenta Rocchetti. Of her I have info. (I only don't know when she born), but I don't know who were Maurizio's parents, when he born and died. I only know the name of one brother: Güerino.
They -my GGF and family- came to Argentina in the Conte Rosso ship in Dec 1928. His parents stay in Italy. He and his brother born there -Ancona-.
I hope some of u can help me.
Thanks! :D

Hi and welcome to the forum.

There are civil records for Ancona, Marche on LDS microfilm 1866 to 1935
http://www.familysearch.org/eng/Library ... Ancona+2++

and church records from 1862 to 1865
http://www.familysearch.org/eng/Library ... siastici++

and additional civil records 1866 to 1929
http://www.familysearch.org/eng/Library ... o+civile++

Find a Family History Center (FHC) nearest you
http://www.familysearch.org/eng/Library ... et_fhc.asp

Write down the film numbers you would like to view and go to your center to order. Cost of the film is about $5.50 USD per film and takes about 4 weeks to arrive.

Hope this helps
Elizabeth
