Grandmother was born in Colobraro (Basilicata, Matera) Italy. Surprisingly, I ran a search on this board and didn't find one hit on Colobraro.
Vincenzo Gagliardi (b. 1853) brought his family to the US on March 26, 1904. His wife, Maria Chiara Altieri (b. 1866) and three daughters, Maria Francesca (b. 1888), Domenica (b. 1889) and Concetta (my grandmother, b. 1899).
Don't know where they went first (either NJ, Pennsylvania or Ohio) but they settled finally in Cleveland, Bolivar County, MS. And that's pretty much all we know of my grandmother's family.
Related names, although we're not sure of the relation, are Riccuilli, Marino and Giardino/Giardini.
Gagliardi, Altieri

Hi and welcome to the forum,
Is this Vincenzo's manifest?

If so, they are going to Schelby(correct spelling Shelby) Mississippi, to his brother Filippo.
Have you checked any census records yet?

Yes, that's one of his manifests. And, yes, they did live in Shelby, MS, which is only about 12 miles from Cleveland, MS. I failed to mention they lived there for a while. The Catholic churches in both towns are in the same parish.

Have you been to your local Family History Center?that's pretty much all we know of my grandmother's family.
They have the civil records for Colobraro on microfilm

Re: Gagliardi, Altieri
Great day, people! I never expected to get these kinds of responses, much less this kind of help! Wow, what more can I say but thanks??
Yes, all of the above are my family! I've got to take all this in and assimilate it.
Again, thank you.
