Hello Im trying to trace my family back to italy.
Are there any sites that are actually free that you can search and get info on rather than having to give money to ?

Also The last name is Giglio.
My grandfather was vincent giglio
My grandmother was Maryann cittadino

What Edmondo is trying to say is..............if you give more details the people on the forum (right here) will be able to help you.

What are the years of birth for each person, childrens names and approximate years of birth, where did they settle, about what year(s) did they arrive in the USA, were any of the children born in Italy...if so names and approximate years of birth, what comune, province or region were they from in Italy?

The more detail you can give the easier it will be for people on the forum to help you.

OK let me try to give you what I know

Both my grandparents lived and died In Long Branch NJ
Vicent Giglio 4th ave LB same with Maryann
He Brother , not sure of the first name last name cittadino also LB NJ
Pavillion Ave LB

I am trying to find out when my grandparents actually came here
MY Family came from I believe Cosenza.
My Grandmother had a sister Rose Cittadino who maried another Giglio in LB Nj , go figure
