Focaccia recipe

As a nation state, Italy has emerged only in 1871. Until then the country was politically divided into a large number of independant cities, provinces and islands. The currently available evidences point out to a dominant Etruscan, Greek and Roman cultural influence on today's Italians.

Focaccia recipe

Postby Cinquini » 17 Nov 2008, 14:09

Hi

I'm looking for the Focaccia recipe shown on Discovery Travel and Living channel, on argentinian (maybe) cook tv series.

I remember that he used smashed potatoes instead eggs and milk, as I have seen in most of recipes I found googleing around.
