1929 Italian Newspaper

As a nation state, Italy has emerged only in 1871. Until then the country was politically divided into a large number of independant cities, provinces and islands. The currently available evidences point out to a dominant Etruscan, Greek and Roman cultural influence on today's Italians.

Hi Leanne,
in Rome, Italy you can examine a copy of any newspaper from 1848 until now. But to examine a newspaper from 1929 you must present a request at the desk and there is not online service for that date.
At the moment I'm in Bruxelles in Belgium, so I cannot help you directly.
Also I really don't know if is possible to obtain a copy ( quite difficult ) or just examine the newspaper.
The place that store all the newspapers is called "Emeroteca" and is placed at Piazza della Minerva, Roma, Italy.

Cheer
