Ducati / Carlini Exchange

As a nation state, Italy has emerged only in 1871. Until then the country was politically divided into a large number of independant cities, provinces and islands. The currently available evidences point out to a dominant Etruscan, Greek and Roman cultural influence on today's Italians.

Ducati / Carlini Exchange

Postby cefalo2 » 28 Oct 2009, 05:12

Hi,

Is anyone familiar with ducati and carlini? If a piece of property were rented (in 1809) for 1 ducati and 80 carlini ... what would be the approx. present day price in either euros or dollars?

A google search of ducati only brings up motorcycles

Thank you!
