Ciao tutti,
Buona Pasqua (yes a little late I know)- I posted an article on my home Italian site yesterday regarding the almighty Dandelion, and how we just picked some over the weekend to have in our salads (we look forward to this every year).
My cousin chimed in and said he remembered his family eating greens from a mustard plant just as we did with the dandelions, and although he could not remember the spelling, he said his family called it "cinecilob" (pronounced 'chi-ne-chi-lob'). Could anyone help me in finding the correct spelling of this green? I'd like to add his comments to the article I posted.
Thanks in advance,
Jim (VG)

Re: a question regarding Italian salad greens
Could it be "senape cinese" for Chinese Mustard that he was hearing?
