Tech Jobs in italy

As a nation state, Italy has emerged only in 1871. Until then the country was politically divided into a large number of independant cities, provinces and islands. The currently available evidences point out to a dominant Etruscan, Greek and Roman cultural influence on today's Italians.

Tech Jobs in italy

Post by f_albero »

Guys, I'm planning on moving to Italy by the end of next year and would like a few tips on which region to move. What city do you think a computer programmer like me would find the best opportunities? What is the Italian city/region notorious for it's technology industry?

Any ideas are very welcome and much appreciated.

My advice would be to try and fix yourslef up with a post before you make the move. Suanj is definitely correct when she states the north is your best bet but there a lot of tech companies around Rome too. It is a difficult time for the market and I know several techies who are thinking of looking for work outside of Italy!! :?
