How do you find a Coat of Arms?

As a nation state, Italy has emerged only in 1871. Until then the country was politically divided into a large number of independant cities, provinces and islands. The currently available evidences point out to a dominant Etruscan, Greek and Roman cultural influence on today's Italians.

How do I go about finding the Coat of Arms for Dentici and Busalacchi? Did every surname have one?

Not every name has a coat of arms. Coat of arms were designed for royalty and the aristocracy. If your surname had no members of royalty or the aristocracy there would be no coat of arms for them. Beware of websites that sell coat of arms!! Many of them make them up. I know my family coat of arms and 3 of 4 of those sites did not list the correct coat of arms. Try http://Web Page Name
