Need help translating birth certificate

I need help translating the following sections of the attached birth certificate


the handwritten sentence after "il nome di"


and the two handwritten sentences after "entrambi residenti in questo Commune"

1. Giuseppe, that is the twin with other, concerning following birth act..
2. the same declarant, moreover, it inform me that the child is the first born. Read the present act to present persons is signed only by declarant, because the other are illetterates......
