Translation of Older handwritten birth certificates

These are Birth certificates for Niccola Castellani born in Treia in 1871 and Cesare Mosca born in 1872.
thanks very much, I'm hoping that someone could translate as much as they can, it would be nice to know what else the birth certificate says.

Niccola:

Kingdom of Italy. Municipality of Treia. Administrative district and province of Macerata.
The year One Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy One, the day of Friday 27 of the month of January at 4:00 PM in the town hall. Before me Ranieri Nobili Senior Assessor of this municipality of Treia, in place of the outgoing Mayor, Official of the Civil State, has appeared Giuseppe Castellani, rope maker, aged 24, son of the living Antonio and the living Rosa Compagnoni, domiciled and living here, whom to me has presented a male child and declared that the same was born to him at 1:00 AM of Today 27 of the current month and to his wife Anna Spuria, weaver, daughter of unknown parents, domiciled and living with him in his own house, without civic number situated in this town in the district of the lowe road, Parish of the Santissima Annunziata, to whom son he declares to give the name of Niccola. The aforesaid declaration was made in the presence of Filippo Topa son of the deceased Antonio aged 33, municipal attendant and of Sante Cesaroni, son of unknown parents, aged 26, ropemaker, both residing in this municipality, witnesses named by the aforesaid Castellani Giuseppe.
The present act was read and in the same time written in the two original register, was undersigned together with me by Sante Cesaroni, since the others assented to be illiterate.

The side note on the left states that Niccola married, on Jan 29 1894, in Treia, Augusta Mosca.

Cesare Mosca:

Born in Treia on the 20th (Tuesday) of August 1872
Father Salvatore, aged 28 son of the living Pacifico and of the deceased Marianna Cocante (?)
Mother Teresa Fortini, housewife, daughter of the living Giovanni and of the deceased Maria Fava
